Gone are the days of boring, pretentious wine babble, Thirst is for the rest of us - those that enjoy wine and the experience it creates.

For those in the Greater Seacoast New Hampshire / Portsmouth/ Manchester/ North Shore of Boston regions, I bring the essence of the wine experience to your home or business by offering private wine tastings, private wine classes, and special event services arranged through Thirst's network of food and wine professionals. Public Wine Classes are taught regularly by Founder Rich Collins at Attrezzi in downtown Portsmouth, NH in addition to tours, tastings, and educational events at New Hampshire's most awarded winery Jewell Towne Vineyards.
